Our experience with this builder has been extremely disappointing. Ongoing communication issues with their lender resulted in the termination of our contract, and since the end of January, we have yet to receive our termination documents or our earnest money deposit back. update: updated rate to 1 star. We were told we would be getting our refund on 4/14/25. I have yet to receive a refund. Signed necessary paperwork and I have also called corporate, VP, and sales manager. A simple callback about my refund could’ve avoided a 1 star. I will gladly change my review to 5 if they were to call me back in a timely manner.
