Community: Unfortunately, this community is lacking in amenities and places to gather or safe space for kids to play. There is one small playground that isn’t friendly for younger children (who are the ones interested in playgrounds) or well-cared for. Before phase 2 there was at least open grass for the kids to run around but now the playground is closed off (with a fence for safety) and smooshed between houses with hardly any open playable area and always has ant hills. Hello, This review is about MI Homes management. I do not have any issue with the Sale person Larissa. She is really wonderful, caring and helping. Now these are the issues I am having with Mi Homes Management. 1) They forced me to enter into a contract without giving me enough time to sign the contract. They said if I do not sign by today 6PM they will not give me incentives tomorrow. They think buying a house is like buying groceries.
