The location is super convenient to RTP and RDU. The schools are great, and MI Homes is a quality builder. Overall, it’s a wonderful community and a great place to live.
I always have great experience working with M/I Homes. This time we worked with Ashley Bartee at Alston Landing. Ashley is very nice and professional. I enjoyed working with her a lot. The construction manager is nice too (I forget his name). This is our 2nd purchase with M/I. And I helped my buyers too with M/I homes. All had wonderful experience. And M/I build good quality homes.
