Very Predatory and don’t put your earnest money . They will try their best to make the contract fail, blame the poor home buyer for the failure and retain the Earnest money using unethical reasoning!!

Thieves. They stole my earnest money, and sold my unit for a higher price. They are an awful company. Don’t trust them. Horrible construction. They market their homes at the Everton Flats as a “Clubhouse a community” which is a complete and total lie. These people are unethical deceptive thieves who are irrational money hungry con artists.
