First of all.....I waited 22 min. on hold to get scheduling. Then, a woman in scheduling starts asking me all kinds of personal questions about my health condition as if she were trying to diagnose my condition!! Talk about HIPPA rule violations!!!!! Then, she proceeds to tell me that it sounds like an allergy problem that this clinic doesn't deal with and she tries to inhibit me from scheduling an appointment!! Not kidding!!!
