Rude scheduling people. Called me from a refferal to schedule an appt, then hung up on me and sent a letter into mychart saying they couldn't reach me. These scheduling people seem mentally depraved.
I have been extremely impressed with how responsive and caring the staff has been been when dealing with our adult son’s needs in the area of meds, appts, etc. Everyone from the desk persons who answer the phones, to the nurses, to the doctor have ALL been understanding, compassionate and communicative. It’s comforting to know if we do reach out, someone is there. Thank you.
