Cody is simply not functional at medication monitoring. Before you take what's prescribed find out what safe monitoring is. I didn't. Found out I should see him every 2 weeks. In reality only seen for refills every 2 months. Never was questioned about other side effects. Then denied access to mental health professional. Try it, but don't think for a second why this didn't work for me. They never will. No plans on actually taking feed back until they have a different solution. Ignore you

Was told by Pain Management at the CSC they aren't paid enough to do my nerve ablation & to go outside the Fairview system I have relied on before there was a "Fairview".
Went to see the spine specialist, and at my 2nd visit he provided a diagnosis and promptly ushered me out the door. After having a few hours to process the information, I reached back out with questions about the treatment recommendations and couldn't get a response. When I contacted my insurance company to get pricing on the recommended procedure, they were unable to get even a billing code from the pain clinic to give me accurate information. I've been going to Fairview clinics for almost a decade so I had higher hopes but I was very disappointed in the care I received at this clinic. I was not listened to, my primary doctor was degraded, I basically didn't get to see my provider and I feel like nothing was really accomplished. I got a referral from my primary doctor due to having lifelong chronic pain.
