NO STARS!! This clinic scheduled my moms appointment 12 months out, and that was their next available! Then the DOCTOR cancelled the appt. when it was 10 days away because he wanted the DAY OFF!! Now she’s supposed to wait 8 more months, 20 MONTHS TOTAL for her first appointment!!!
If I could give zero stars I would, I’ve had over a dozen surgeries and this was the first and last I will get from any m health facility. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with getting surgery, first they didn’t send me home with any pain medication which I’ve always been sent home with pain meds. I was told to ice and take no more then 4000mg of Tylenol a day and that wasn’t working so I called and ask if they could send something in for the pain and was told I would have to come in and be seen even though I was ... read more
