All the staff,are great!
Took 4 months to get a sleep study with a physician referral. The clinic never put in a pre-authorization till 4 days before the sleep study, after I contacted them. Insurance company said they didn’t get proper information from them. The Brooklyn Park Sleep study suggested I pay out o pocket. I feel they do this on purpose to collect more. Please try to find any other place to have your sleep study done.
I felt the racism with certain staff members, giving me a lot of gray areas when it came to my questions, I told the person who put my cast on not to wrap it tight and made it extra tight to where it's very painful and I have to go right back and have it done and this is what I mean, I feel he playing with my health, if I went in there and did something to this guy the media would say I am a angry person, but, won't look into what drove me to do something.
I go through Fairview for pretty much all of my medical needs and usually get great care and compassion. I am disgusted, however, by my experience at the Brooklyn Park location today. I spoke with a Fairview nurse earlier this morning about my symptoms and was grateful that she was able to find a same day appointment for me so that I didn’t have to go sit for hours upon hours in urgent care or the emergency room. 0 stars if possible. Realize I never wrote a review. Back in 2022, my husband and I came in to the urgent care for a severe cat attack. Scratches on both our arms, blood everyone and visibly large tears as we walked in. I was at least 12 weeks pregnant at the time and was worried for my fetus. The dr at the time told be there was nothing she could do and to go to the ER if my concerns continued to worry me. I walked out with no clean up or bandages, nothing and still got a bill for it.
