The receptionist sucks at her job, asks to do an intake and then interrupts you when you provide them with information. Actually beyond frustrating to deal with, save your time and go somewhere else where they care
Very friendly staff and comfortable environment
I have been going to this gender clinic for a few months now. I came here to get T, well thats not what i got thanks to my awful family. I have been having family issues for a very long time, both of my parents are very abusive and unsupportive of my gender identity. The person i see at this clinic isn't very great at their job. Called multiple times during open hours and was sent to voicemail.
Lots of back and forth and unnecessary lying about insurance. You'd think a speciality clinic would be more professional about getting prescriptions covered. I'll be taking this to the board.
