I always encounter pleasant staff at Dr. Ferrer's office. It really does help that they are always kind, especially if you are not feeling well. Dr. Ferrer is easy to talk to and does not rush your office visit with her. She takes the time to listen to your concerns. I really appreciate that. She is professional, yet friendly and caring. Every person I came in contact with during my appointment was kind and helpful. I'm lucky to have Dr. Ferrer as my doctor.
Dr Ferrer was very attuned to my situation. After unsuccessfully trying to solve my sinus problem she recommended CT scan. I was relieved we are going in a different direction. She is very professional and pleasant at the same time
