Would absolutely bid through this auction company again. This is my first time bidding in and I had no idea how it all worked. I called a couple times. The first time I spoke with Brandi and the next time I spoke with Lisa. They were both super helpful and explained how the whole process works. They suggested a freight broker since this is my first time and I didn’t have one. The item came on a really nice pallet. Overall, I was extremely satisfied.
Cindy is the BEST! Hands down. My first auction, and I had a lot of questions for the company, they were honestly great until I paid and then got really guarded, many just stopped replying. But CINDY - top notch human being. She should be in charge of answering the phones and emails honestly. Tommy dealt with me and had answers, but then as soon as I won the auction he got weird, wouldn't reply directly and eventually stopped replying.
