Very rude, I was asking questions about a part and the man that answered the phone felt I was asking too many questions I guess and told me he couldn’t help me in the middle of me asking him questions and hung up in my face
I will never deal with them again; after they serviced my 04 vw beetle, l had to replace a lot of parts. The car only had 80k miles.
