My son and I had been calling and leaving messages to make an appt but they are not returning our calls. This has been going on since Dec, 2023. Their hygienists, I am not happy about, bec they don't thoroughly clean my mouth. I have a good hygiene when it comes to brushing my teeth so their tendencies are to relax a bit when they clean my gums and teeth. The only reason why I go there is because of my insurance. They accept my insurance.
I had to hear from a family friend that the Fayetteville office closed and merged with Cicero Dental Associates. At first I was in disbelief and called, but it went straight to the line being busy. I went to Cicero and they confirmed it. Fayetteville Dental Associates never notified me via call or mail of this.
Been here for a few years. Loved the place....until they did a 360 of the full staff. My wife and I went and somehow it was a coincidence that we both needed our caps to be replaced... Okay... did that...and now months of sensitivity and pain for us both. We figured they wanted the money instead and thats why they said our caps needed to be replaced. They referred us to an oral surgeon now for a root canal. The issue now is their Oral Surgeons referrals are no longer in practice. Now... we call everyday to the dentist and it... read more
Absolutely the worst dental office. The most disorganized chaotic experience of my life. The Rudest receptionist. Went in for a cleaning and xrays initially, denist wasnt there so had to go back for the exam. Next visit i went for an exam. They couldnt find my xrays. Tried taking xrays again and insisted they didnt take xrays the week before. After me insisting i would not let them take xrays again and demanding they find the xrays and suggesting how to find them 15 minutes later they find they have 2 charts on me. No apolog... read more
