At least they answered the phone. Not that the help you will be getting is beneficial. The service guy was very rude and said I was everything short of stupid. Just because I asked questions. They only install thier VERY overpriced parts too.

I feel robbed, I purchased injectors from M&D and had them installed by a certified diesel mechanic of 15 years, and I was thinking that I am saving a \$100 per injector compared to Freightliner. I do OTR (over the road) driving to all 48 states, I left Dallas TX and got as far as Elkhart IN, fuel was getting into the oil and it shut down my engine. I had Hill truck sale look at it and they determined that 2 injectors had gone bad from improper assembly during the rebuild, cost for this breakdown \$1408.75. Well thinking tha... read more
