Don’t go to Emma! She’s the worst, messed up my hair color and charged me double the price for fixing it. Still didn’t come out like I wanted. On top of that, she had an attitude about it as if it was my fault! The owner is the rudest.

I came in for a simple wash and blow-dry, but the experience was incredibly disappointing. Despite it being a straightforward request, I left the salon with my hair feeling extremely frizzy and unfinished. When I ran my fingers through it, I realized sections were still noticeably wet. I expected a smooth, professional result, but it felt like the basic steps of a proper blow-out were missed.

Reception desk is important. I walked in. There were 3 young girls behind the front desk. They thought they were so hot. Yeah, right. We talked a bit about what I wanted for a haircut. I made a future appt. None of them smiled -- not once. I was treated like I was a bother. So when I got home, I canceled my future appt. Never ever going back.
