I worked for this company and I have to say that Joe is one of the most incompetent project managers I have ever had the displeasure of working for.. when I was first hired the owner told me that there was lack of logistics and I seen it first hand. Had a problem on a job site with the colors not matching brought it to Joe's attention and Joe tried to make it sound like I was an idiot..
