I went in the first time today versus one of the counter people. It got me exactly what I wanted. Highly recommended.
I have been in here a couple of times for hose replacements, and every staff member is helpful and attentive. These guys do business the right way, and I will continue to be customer and refer there name to anyone looking for assistance.
I needed a specific double sided M8x1.25 stud and they made me something equivalent out of Grade 8 threaded rod. Thanks
