Went in to get an estimate on replacing the factory radio in my Mustang. Wanted a backup camera, satellite and Bluetooth to bring the car into modern times. They recommended a full system that did all that but also moved climate controls to the Alpine deck and included Apple CarPlay. Installation was great and even though the faceplate was defective from the vendor they immediate got a replacement and swapped it quickly. I made an appointment last week for today, paid for services in full fully trusting this company. But my son ended up sick and between my work schedule and emergency i wasn't sure when I'd be able to come back. So i asked for a refund until i could figure it out and instead i was treated like my family had a horrible disease (ends up his doctor did a strep test that came back negative) so i didn't get the service i wanted as a bday/christmas gift to myself a remote car starter and i guess I'll never need their services for a... read more
