Absolutely Thrilled with our daughters teeth! Dr.Hicks was always inviting and very informative throughout the entire 3 year process! Couldn't have had a better experience anywhere else,hands down the best Orthodontist EVER!!! We were sent to see an orthodontist due to our son "needing braces & having a cross bite." I called around &, discovered these guys. The staff was intelligent & polite on the phone which was refreshing compared to others. We went to our appointment & were told about his situation very plainly honestly, & completely without being speaking down to us or over our heads & including long-term plans. I had a consult today and I had the greatest experience. The office is beautifully decorated and I was greeted with nothing but smiling faces. I felt comfortable even with my initial phone call to schedule an appt and just walking in today I knew I would be happy being treated in this office. After my initial radiographs and photographs were taken I was promptly escorted into the consult room where the doctor was already waiting for me.
