I just wanted to give a huge shout out the wonderful guys at M & B! While I had a friend who had to evacuate Houston during Hurricane Harvey, they so graciously offered to take care of her car's needs. They were not only welcoming and friendly, but completed service within just a couple hours. Upon completion my friend went to pick up her car and she wanted to cry for how great they were to her. We've been bringing our vehicles here for 20 years!! Early on we brought our van in and after they checked it out they gave us the estimate and then told us if we were planning on getting a new one any time soon, this would be a good time rather than spending that much money on a car that was about to need major repairs. We've been loyal customers ever since!
Just picked up our vehicle and couldn't be happier!!!! Not only was rick extremely patient with me and all my phone calls, he also took the time and explained everything to me....he also was able to repair my vehicle in just a couple days which is amazing considering the damage....thank you so much rick!!!!
M & B is awesome!! We have always received the best care for our vehicles and their customer service in the best in town!! Highly recommend them!!
Today was actually my first time experiencing the customer side of M&B. Rick and his team were able to get my truck in on VERY short notice and the repair was successfully completed only a few hours later. After knowing Rick and Karen for a while personally, I trust them whole-heartedly with my vehicles and know their team works to have their customer's best interest in mind at all times.
Wonderful people, wonderful service! We've trusted our vehicles to them for years!!
Only place I will go to have my vehicles fixed. I know it will be done right. Also Walmart can't touch M&B's tire prices either.
