they are horrible to work with and are con artists. I've had problems with this car since I took it off the lot. Swore up and down that it just had a tune up. What a load of crap. The owner even tried to con me out of an additional $500. What a scumbag. Never buy from these people unless you like throwing money away.
I don't know where to start. NOT honest sales. Will sell crap and sleep at night. Nephew went back next day with several problems on a car, light came on and guy tells him it needed oil change. 🤦♀️ No. That's a different light. He overpaid for (1st time buyer trying to do it on his on and messed up big time) Sales guide about odometer. It wasn't working and claimed it had between 130,000-140,000 miles. That was a lie. i am a single mother of two small children,, bought a “very reliable car” from m auto sales and everything is giving me problems from cosmetic to internal and he reassured me several times it was a reliable car and i can barely drive it haven’t even gotten the title yet and can’t get it until i come with more money

As it is a used car dealership and they’re bought to be sold I bought my truck from them in December of 2016. They worked with me to get me financed and overall not a bad place. Granted the transmission and rear end went out on the truck (not their fault even though the rear ended was bad when I bought it) I still have the truck and am driving it to the day as my daily. Thank y’all for working with me in my time of need.
I bought a car from them drove it about 4 times and the head gaskets blew. Now I have a $1800.00 yard ornament. I’m disabled and was in need of a reliable car. Now I have to miss doctor appointments and physical therapy because I have to rely on others for a ride 😡
We are a family of 3 with a 1 year old. Our car that we had developed some mechanical issues making it impossible to drive and also extremely expensive to repair, so a family member recommended we try and get another car through M Auto Sales!
