Dr Ali and his surgery team are terrific however trying to get information from customer care was difficult. 4 days before the procedure I had not been contacted by staff to obtain information about the procedure and after being on hold for 25 minutes did receive an email but without the attachments. I sent two emails, neither were responded to. As luck would have it, I had Dr Alis cell and contacted him directly. He was very helpful.
I’ve known Dr. Ali for 6 years. He is so good! An excellent, and caring, communicator. Very caring, and a good listener. Very good at his job, and he ensures his patients understand events before and after procedures. He was recommended by my Internist doctor. You will be very secure in his care.
Dr. Ali is a consummate professional, extremely patient centric, excellent diagnostician, and a very caring physician. I know very few physicians as excellent and experienced as Dr. Ali, especially coupled with an outstanding “bedside manner “. His office staff are also very efficient, friendly and helpful. Cannot recommend highly enough!
