To anyone who is considering renting from this company DON'T!!!!! I rented from them at this location for almost 3 years. The whole time I rented from them it was hell. We had three floods in our apartment in less than three years. They kept promising that they would take care of things, but in the end they didn't. When my lease was finally up and I had the opportunity to move out they tried to charge me for damages due to the floods. I refused to pay and they tried to keep my security deposit.
