Unprofessional, seems disinterested in valuing homes, and what drives true value in the marketplace, Ive been forced by the new laws to deals with this gentlemen two times on two different houses. Each time I have had M A Brook & Co appraise my property Ive had to have another professional appraiser come in and clean up his their mess. Definitely wouldn't recommend this business to anyone who I considered a friend, heck for that matter wouldn't suggest this company to an enemy.
