I have been a long time customer for LZ Salon and they have had the best service every time I would go. I have no idea what David Ednie is talking about since he has not even been to see them. You cannot tell the condition of someone's hair over the phone, that obvious enough. LZ Salon is always going above and beyond for their customers and have even come to my house to do my hair since I was not able to go in-person, due to a back injury.
I called to make an appointment for someone to fix my hair as it’s two different colors after bleaching it myself. She said no we do not help with this because we don’t know the condition of your hair. Why are you even in business?
