Apparently Troy is too busy to take a phone call. He has had my plans for over 2 months and never received a quote from him. Every time I called he said I will call you right back. A week goes by and I call again with the same reply “call you right back”. If he wasn’t interested he should have said so, now I am months behind on my project because of his incompetence.
Excellent turn around. Great price and even talked to the county about some questions!
