John Wingate does not pay his consultants and subcontractors. We, and the consultant we are subcontracted through are owed over $15,000.00 for a project that's over two years old. He's become unreachable, and provided a bogus credit card. Buyers beware, you may buy a home from this company and find out there's a lien filed against your property by one of the contractors he's walked the bill on.
John and Selin are very professional. I sold a house and bought another one with Lysthouse. It was a great experience for me.
