I was a first time patient for Dr Charles. I knew what I wanted to achieve from the visit. Dr Charles was thorough, answered my surgery questions. Gave me an information booklet so I could read what to expect. Did a strength and range of motion tests. Recommended an injection for one of my shoulders. Such a warm, empathetic doctor. I have veen so happy being in Doctor Charles’ care. So happy for her in her upcoming retirement but disappointed for me! Blessings
