Lived here for a year( about to move out) the place is very dirty, dog waste all over, trash always overloaded, plus I have a psycho neighbor and despite the numerous times the police came to arrest her, the disturbance she causes plus my complains to the leasing office no one did anything about it. They rather lose a respectful person like myself and keep her in the complex. Some times maintenance takes forever too and the extra fees are ridiculous.
