Overall a great building and great location. There is definitely room for improvement, but I know the employees here are doing their best.
I honestly don’t know why I expected anything different. I had similar issues with this property years ago, and unfortunately, nothing seems to have changed. Over the course of my apartment search, I attempted to visit Lyra multiple times. Twice I stopped by in person only to find no one available, the front entrance inaccessible, and no staff at the desk. I called several times over multiple days and couldn’t get a hold of anybody. I want to give a big shout out to My leasing agent Mrs. Phyllis!! When I tell you she is the BEST it's not a joke. The kindness and the professionalism she conveyed to us was awesome! Thank you for going over and beyond for your now new tenants!!!!!
Moving out this week and can't say i'm upset. I'm actually excited. When we moved here we weren't able to use the EV chargers, and the garage doors didn't even work. When they finally installed EV chargers, they upped our rent by 400$ and made us pay 100$ per hour of charging after the first 3 hours, so before every 3 hours we had to swap the car out.
