I showed up for my scheduled tour today and not a single staff person was on site. Nobody answered the phone or my email. The only reason I got in the building was because there was another new move-in person in the lobby waiting. I understand we are all human and can miss work, but there should be a backup or at least a notification that my tour needed to be rescheduled. Just had Reese from the Maintenance dept do an excellent job responding and fixing the issues in my apartment. He was professional and answered all my questions. Thank you for the great service!
