I love the apartment and the Maintenance crew was always helpful. If you have a bike keep it in your apartment. I had it in the garage with an expensive lock, they took the $2k bike with the mount. Unfortunately, the police or management couldn’t do anything about it. I have been a resident with Lyra since roughly August 2023. Each time I have renewed my lease for about 16 months. Each time my rent has increased. This time my parking also increased from $50 a month to now $75 a month. When I asked why the price had increased, I was given a laughable answer from the front desk associates of "Everything is just increasing in price." I had a great experience! I will be moving into Lyra in the middle of October! Phyllis who is the leasing agent was great. She showed me different apartments, the amenities, and explaining the details of what is all involved with the lease and the extras. I’m excited to move in and be part of the community.
The complex was my best touring and follow up experience. Phyllis was as sweet as could be. The complex is very nice and has really cool amenities like a car wash and simulator room <3. I was looking for a 2x2 and toured about 20 places and narrowed it down to these 6, ultimately choosing the Mezz. But I would not say it was because it was the best at all.
