Love it here. Love this place!! The office staff are all so nice and helpful. Maintenance issues (haven't had many) are easy to report and are always handled quickly. The maintenance staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. So happy I found this complex and just renewed for another year.

Great place to live. Beautiful community and quiet. The office staff are all very nice, helpful and welcoming. They have community events and a large open area for the kids to run around in next to the playground. Great place to live.

I live here We have lived here for about eight months I love waking up to the lake view. Sometimes it’s hard to find a parking spot close to my door and I have pretty good neighbors and I guess I can’t really complain. I kinda like it out here.

Comfortable living space I’m happy with my community I have good neighbors we watch out for each other. I wish we we could get more upgrades to our inner apartments. Upgrades began but I haven’t seen a lot of follow through.

One of the worst places I've ever been. I've been living in these apartments since 2009 and left in January 2022. I'll just make thing straight: if I could write a more scathing review to tarnish this place and its reputation I would. This place is without a doubt one of the worst places I have ever lived in. Close to everything, clean and meets the needs! Close to everything, clean and meets the needs! Management has always worked and partnered with us to meet out needs in terms of work requests and lease management.
Just finished 1 year lease Apartment was trashed when moved in, stuff splattered on walls and ceiling, kitchen was disgusting, Cockroache infestation, trash always blowing around, lawn care people will run over everything in yard and blow it all over car and porch, outside of apartment is rotting, pool always dirty and closed, playground is dirty broken and covered in broken glass, parking is terrible and do not inform about towing, brand new car was towed even though parked legally, water bill is crazy high and so is electr... read more
Wesley Chapel has a hidden gem! The grounds were well kept and the tenants were swimming in a beautiful pool outside the leasing office the day I arrived. It came as no surprise that there was no availability and the wait list for an apartment was closed 'til the first of the new year. Clearly this is because of the cost of the apartments being extremely reasonable and the amenities offered in addition to speaking to some of the tenants in the leasing office who all had great things to say about living there!
