The technician was prompt and very knowledgeable of the job. Quick to solve problems and make the repair.
I had them come to my mother's home to see what needed to be done and provide an estimate. They checked to see what needed to be done and said they would send the estimate. I've called and sent messages with no response, despite paying them for coming out. I was hesitant to pay upfront but trusted that if I paid that would allow me to get the estimate. Very unprofessional and disappointing
Left water on my floor and DIDNT CLEAN IT UP. Broke my mop and DIDNT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT THE BROKEN MOP.!!
If I could assign zero stars I would. An angry man came to unclog my sewer line, and he made me feel awful like we did it on purpose. My daughter was recovering from a kidney transplant and it was three days before Christmas. I paid him $650.00 for less than two hours of work. I am still waiting for a recept. I will never use this man again. He was the worse person that I've ever met!
