Once I was notified of the civil case I immediately began to pay this company biweekly for ten months never missing a payment and then paid off the remainder of my debt. This company continued to aggressively seek a judgement against me in court despite me making on time payments and refused to provide documentation to the court showing that I satisfied the debt until after a judgement was made. This company is terrible and unaccountable. I'm having to deal w/ them because of a credit card account and I've gotten nothing but red flags and problems. I was set up for a payment arrangement, surrendered my banking information (AN ACCOUNT I OPENED SPECIFICALLY FOR THIS MESS) only for someone to call me ON THE DUE DATE to tell me that due to previous unsuccessful attempts, they were not able to honor the payment arrangement.
