This is the worst place in Columbia to buy a vehicle. I would not recommend doing business at this place, especially with Rick. You will receive better customer service anywhere else than you would at the Lyons in Columbia.

I have bought several vehicles in my lifetime and always received 2 sets of keys. I traded my truck in for a SUV at Lyons. I brought in 2 sets of keys for my truck that I traded in. Then we did the paperwork and I asked for the keys and he only had 1 set. He said he would try to find another set and get back with me. 1 month later I reached out to Rick to ask him about the other set and he said he still hasn't found one. Bought a 2011 gmc pick up truck of rick truck looked really nice clean took on the highway and the truck shakes so dam bad feels like the tires going to fall off so I called rick after owing the the 17k Doller truck for a week he tells me he refuses to help and service the tire balance and eliminate witch is probably only 200$ witch the charged me 300$ service fee on top of my sales tax and title I will never buy a vehicle from Lyon again and if your in the market for a car do not go here if they won’t service a small proble... read more
