OK place We are living for past 2 1/2 years and find this place OK. they can improve a lot on lot of things. The maintenance service has deteriorated instead of improving. they keep increasing without caring for upkeep of surroundings. Parking is headache sometimes. PROS: Ok CONS: Can improve a notch
Mixed Feelings Parking is good. Pools and weightroom are nice and clean. Too many people who don't live here use the laundry rooms. Everytime I've needed work done, the maintenance techs came over in a timely manner and are always polite and courteous. I've had good experiences with the office staff. They don't allow bbq's. Overall, this is a nice place with a nice location.
