I can't ask for anything more enjoyable than to be able to look out my sliding glass door or sit on my deck and see the ocean. It's like living at a resort. There's a lovely pool and spa along with an entertaining area with gas grills. There's a bodega that sells food and beer. There's a decent gym and clubhouse as well.
