The machine is working great, the sale was very easy and Lyon has checked in several times to see if I need anything and to make sure the machine is meeting my expectations.
Bought a RT Scissor lift from Theo. Can be a little nerve wracking buying equipment sight unseen. The only issue was the battery, someone left the lockout on which killed the battery and wouldn’t hold a charge after. Informed them of the issue and it was immediately resolved with a new battery covered under the 14 day warranty. The communication and experience was great, will be using Lyon Lifts for future equipment purchases. A+++
I recently purchased a JLG Telehandler from Lyon Lifts, and despite some initial issues with the machine, Maxime went above and beyond to resolve them. Maxime was incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the entire process. His dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction is truly impressive. Will definitely be back to purchase another unit in the future.
