Had a great experience with Lyon Lifts when we purchased a new-to-us Genie S-40. Communication with Max was great and the safety and delivery was completed quickly. We ran into some minor fuel issues after some use and they came through to fix the issue expediently. We will definitely be in touch when we plan to purchase another machine!

Wow ! In today’s world it’s hard to buy a piece of equipment sigh unseen, nevermind paying for it ahead of time not knowing what you’re getting yourself into. Well let me tell you, Romain was absolutely outstanding, pictures, explanations, terms and conditions, explaining his commitment to quality, and very transparent with all the details of the unit. My experience with Lyon Lift was excellent. I had some doubts at first because I had never heard of this company before, and I was buying a machine unseen. But my salesman, Theo, was amazing. He located multiple Machines to give me multiple options. Once I agree to a machine, He took care of all my questions and concerns, always answered the phone, and kept me updated throughout the whole process.
