Please listen to my warning, DO NOT do business with Minoo or her son. If you do after reading this review you will look back and ask yourself why you did business with them after having read the bad reviews. Even if you think you had a pleasant interaction, all that means is that she got over on you without you finding out. She is only out for her self. Word to the wise beware and stay away.
Extremely rude and unprofessional. Called to ask about a property for sale. The person had no patience to answer any question nor want to schedule time to see the property. Telling me I can’t see the property and I have to put an offer first.. Never heard of such thing. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. They turn many people away.
I had the privilege of working with Minoo Pajounia of lynx realty. Minoo came in to my home and gave me great advice to make my home sell fast. My home was really beautiful however the location wasn’t optimal as it was right in front of a major highway. Minoo didn’t see this as an obstacle and listed my home 300k higher than I had been advised to before. She sold my home within 3 weeks for exact asking price. I was elated. Agent Minoo Pajounia spent several full days exclusively bringing me, my wife & kids, and parents to see homes around the Long Island areas.
