BEWARE!! DO NOT USE THEM. As a seller, our buyers used/using this Lender. It has been a very hideous experience. From what we are being told they are extremely slow and not responsive. Also, every week they asked for Documents that we couldn’t understand why they didn’t ask for it in the first place along with others. Selling our home waiting on this lender to respond has taken over 30 days. Buyers beware! Ask questions on their procedures and time frame. I cannot put into words how amazing the team is at Lynx! Zahra is beyond amazing not just with her knowledge and expertise but more importantly, her way with clients. She cares, explains and wants us to be informed and comfortable throughout the entire process. I cant imagine a better experience with a mortgage company! Recommend without reservation!
