Awesome space, friendly staff and great classes and equipment! There's plenty of room to get in a great workout without having to fight for space or machines. I love the golf suites which make it easy to practice and play year-round. Check out the treadmill running and yoga classes for a full body (and mind!) workout!
Beautiful space, friendly and welcoming staff, knowledgeable trainers and instructors; this is more than a gym, it's a luxury workout experience! Lynx is in the perfect location being close to downtown and just steps from the train. The group exercise schedule offers plenty of variety with classes ranging from yoga and barre, to high intensity classes and boxing. With top notch amenities and equipment, you'll need a reason to leave the gym, not come to the gym!

Great vibe on the floor and I love the turf! I really appreciate the supportive, friendly staff. I took the Tabata class and it was rockin!! Clean, well maintained, and excellent music :).
