I have been at Lynx almost 4 months now and I am loving every aspect of it. I have tried various classes, favorites include treadmill training with Cyndi, boxing with Ron, floor workouts & barre / yoga. The staff is incredible kind and respectful. The space is incredibly clean - more so than any gym I've attended in Boston! Lastly, the PT department has been wonderful. The facilities are unparalleled. Anything you could need in a gym, they have. Add the golf simulator, and it’s a miracle they get me out the door.
I had the opportunity to use the swing suite at lynx fitness and I have nothing but great things to say about it! The staff was extremely helpful and the swing suite lounge was clean and functional. The state of the art swing simulators were very accurate and the instant feedback was a great learning tool. I would suggest that anyone who is interested in golf to check it out.
