Be careful of their unscrupulous business practices, they did 3.5 hours of work for me and charged me 7 hours. Their work ethic is extremely poor, they had charged me an extra 3.5 hours of work for nothing. I wouldn't be surprised if they were trying to double up on hours somewhere else. Originally Brad wanted to charge me an extra $200 for bogus PPE fees. I had sent them a notice of dispute and they ignored it while charging me double the amount anyways.
