They used to be a great place to live now more like lipstick on a pig same bones . They took out the pool with that the sense of community.
Living in the building 840 was the absolute best. I recommend staying in this building as you will be able to see the view of the lake they have during the winter. Everyone minds their business which is good. Plus, so many places nearby especially the gym!! Sadly, there is construction blocking some streets and all of sudden rent price goes up. Luckily I had to move out anyways before I could be affected from this. Overall, as my first time ever living in an apartment, I loved it.
Although I did not go through leasing an apartment with this management, I was helped by a wonderful team. And even though our interaction was brief, Cheyenne provided delightful phone etiquette. I was then helped by Riona who was patient and informative to answer all my questions. Email after email, Riona was prompt with her response and made me feel comfortable to share additional questions or concerns. I sincerely want to thank these two individuals.
