Pros: Janet in management is the best, always friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests are addressed right away, the garages are nice size and in good shape Cons: extremely thin walls and floors/ceilings so you will hear your neighbors all the time, dirty common areas, smells like fish half the week from others cooking, carpets stained in hallways, smokers right outside the entrance doors so you get to smell cigarettes often, these buildings are old and used to be section 8 so guess what they have roaches and bugs regardle... read more

I've lived here for the past 8 years and absolutely love it!!!! Management is wonderful, the location is close to so many stores and restaurants within walking distance, and the neighborhood is safe and quiet.
