I looooove the building managers Pat and Janet along with the maintenance team!!! They deeply care about the upkeeping maintenance of the apartments. Maintenance comes and fixes any problem small or big the next day if not the same day! They always look for ways to update to the latest style or model for whatever needs to be fixed. I lived at Lynwood commons apartments twice. The apartment complex is well managed, the grounds are well kept, and the maintenance staff is extremely responsive. I moved into a newer apartment with a different company, and would have moved back here in a heartbeat, had I not bought a house. Lynwood See's their residents as humans, not numbers!!

Pros: Janet in management is the best, always friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests are addressed right away, the garages are nice size and in good shape Cons: extremely thin walls and floors/ceilings so you will hear your neighbors all the time, dirty common areas, smells like fish half the week from others cooking, carpets stained in hallways, smokers right outside the entrance doors so you get to smell cigarettes often, these buildings are old and used to be section 8 so guess what they have roaches and bugs regardle... read more
