Amazing staff, Dentist, and always polite and courteous. �
Love this place! My kids and I have always had great experiences there with the assistants, dentists and front offices staff! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I wish I could be a patient.
We have been bringing our son here since he was 15 months old. He had a significant issue with his teeth and Dr. Lucas has been wonderful. The entire staff is great with kids. The lobby has a play area for kids (although I do see a lot of the Dads playing the video games too) :) Each exam chair lays back so kids can gaze up to their own TV. And, of course, picking out a prize at the end of the visit is always a highlight for our son.
RecommendedToday's experience was just an okay visit compared to other visits. First the hygienist did not introduce herself so I do not know her name. Then when she was cleaning my daughter's teeth, she was a bit rough and didn't say what she was about to do to calm my daughter. I see my daughter stiffen up and clenching her fists while the hygienist was working on her. It was my sons first time to the dentist, and they made it a wonderful experience. From the moment we walked in, we felt really welcomed. I love that they have a little tucked away play area for the kiddos. Everyone was so nice and helpful. My son actually was sad to leave 😂
