I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the nail service I received. I had requested a specific design: French tips with colored tips instead of the traditional white. However, the technician applied the color i chose as a base coat and used white for the tips, which was the opposite of what I asked for. Furthermore, the application was subpar.
