Waited for a hour ..asked if she had a busy day .. she said just a pedicure infront of me someone walked in she told me to hold on and took the next customer if she had appointments she should’ve made that clear been going here for years never again ..
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the nail service I received. I had requested a specific design: French tips with colored tips instead of the traditional white. However, the technician applied the color i chose as a base coat and used white for the tips, which was the opposite of what I asked for. Furthermore, the application was subpar.
