The property is kept in good working condition, and any complaints are handled professionally and promptly. I've rented for quite some time here in Hampton Roads, the reason we stay put is because of this management company. A++

I can't say enough about this property management. We have been renting with them for about 2 years. We have had very few issues with our home, and the small problems we have had have been addressed very quickly! We couldn't be happier. Every one that we have ever had the pleasure of meeting within the company has been great!

How To Win The War On Drugs:
1.) Legalize drugs
2.) Make it a requirement that you can only purchase drugs through Lynnhaven Property Managenent.
These people have no business managing properties. Their handyman entered my apt after I explicitly said that him coming on Monday was NOT ACCEPTABLE. During a heat advisory, they wanted me to go all weekend with a faulty a/c unit. And let’s just add, this was the 3rd time I’d had problems with it! So I had to take care of the problem myself as I couldn’t wait the entire weekend and told them forget it. However, Monday morning while I’m in bed, NOT dressed they ENTER my apt on their own accord!! Illegal as hell, or so my lawyer tells me. These guys are amateur AT BEST. Trust me - you DO NOT want to deal with them!

If 0 stars was an option I would give this company that. I've never been treated so poorly in my entire life. After reading the other reviews I had expected a good experience but I got a real surprise. My boyfriend and I applied for a condo listed by the company. We were in love with it. We jumped through all their loops and provided all the information they asked from us. A signed letter from my employer, pay stubs from his etc. Then this woman Shannon called and asked to talk with my employer saying she just needed to verify my letter of employment. I gave her my employer's email address and my employer even offered to set up a time to talk on the phone and answer her questions. Shannon said that wasn't necessary and just asked her to answer by email. So my employer did just that and then forwarded me a copy of the exchanged emails. The next day this Shannon called me and explained that after receiving my letter of employment AND speaking with my employer to verify it, my income was "unverifiable." I was absolutely astounded. I said "you literally verified my income and you are saying that its unverifiable? My employer even offered to speak with you on the phone." Her response? "I just can't verify it at this time." A signed letter, an email to the person I worked for (who offered to call) and she was saying my employment wasn't verifiable. It was at this time that I realized this place was a sham and they were just collecting application fees when they had already decided on a tenant. Knowing that I had met all of the legal requirements for housing, I demanded mine and my boyfriends application fees back. She hung up on me. My very polite mother then called her and I don't know what was said, but my mother said Shannon was incredibly rude to her, but had agreed to talk to me again about my application fees. She finally refunded my application fees. In all the years I've been doing business I've never had a more negative experience.
