Went to eyemart express yesterday,the staff up front were friendly and helpful,the young lady in the back was great helping me with taking pictures of my eyes and the paperwork,she made it a pleasant experience and as for Dr Lynne,a wonderful lady,made it fun to be there,she was easy to talk to answered my questions and she was a sweetheart. I'll be going back to eyemart express and Dr Lynne

Just amazing doctor and human being. I’ve seen her for years. Hands down, I’m a big fan of hers.
The office staff was rude, not informing me that they had taken over the files for Co optical, either on the phone when making the appointment or upon arrival at the office. Staff tried to find my insurance, and when finally asked for my social security number, couldn't be bothered to stand up and come to the window - she was not able to hear me because the radio was so loud.
