The only saving grace of this office is how sweet the office staff and Dr. Knowles' MA are. My daughters encounter with Dr. Knowles left her feeling shamed, ridiculed, and like Dr Knowles felt as if my daughter was a waste of her time. Never did I think a female in the GYN field would tear another woman down the way she did, but today I was proven grossly wrong. I sincerely hope she takes time to reflect on how she approaches her patients and how her care manner can impact their day and their life.
Dr. Knowles and her team were on top of my treatment. I could always count on asking any question big or small in the portal and always got a response very quickly. They took my concerns very seriously. Dr. Knowles explained my treatments with much respect and took her time explaining everything to me and my husband. Made me feel I was in great hands since day one. I couldn't pick a better team.
